The story of Borracho Tacos starts with Christian España and his dream to share his passion for the fine art of Mexican Cuisine. Christian dreamed of running his own catering service, and in the Spring of 2011 dream became reality as Christian began Borracho Tacos. Christian took pride in making each dish his own, and as he started to cater to friends and family, people began to take notice, and word of mouth began to spread about the amazing tacos. It wasn't long before the aroma of Borracho Tacos began to linger in Orange County and all of a sudden people knew about this awesome caterer with great food and an awesome name (borracho is "drunk" in Spanish for all you gringos!).
Christian soon found his tacos were in demand, and he began investing into more equipment and started to hire more help. The business was growing so fast that his wife Delia left her full time job to join Christian. Delia, with her business degree from San Diego State University, found her calling in handling the day to day operations of Borracho Tacos. Today Borracho Tacos employs a staff of amazing cooks and servers, as well as moved all their operations out of their home and into an actual Brick and Mortar.
Our tacos aren't just in demand on Tuesdays, this taco catering service is a full time operation serving amazing food for events and companies almost every day of the week.
